Like any web host, FatCow has had some complaints. Some customers are having issues with long-term pricing, while others are having issues with confusing upsells, poor loading page speed, lack of cPanel and customer support. Of course, every Web host has received poor reviews for many of these issues, so it’s nothing out of the ordinary.
However, it appears the biggest frustration for FatCow clients is that they continue to increase their prices or have misleading prices. Some people have even complained that, despite paying extra for the expert customer support, they sometimes only get through to level 1 techs. Furthermore, the customer support has been critiqued for having slow response times or not providing any resolutions to an issue.
